1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Once processing has started, cancellations are not permitted.

2. RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Preference changes
- Incorrect size selection

3. REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacement is applicable only if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Product is defective
- Incorrect item is delivered

Conditions:
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Proof (photos/videos) required

4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only when:
- Order is cancelled within allowed time
- Replacement is not possible
- There is an unsolvable defect, which can't be replaced for
